GREAT THINGS FROM SMALL BEGINNINGS
Our story beings in 2004, when our Co-Directors sat down together with a dream for the future. They founded Axis Recruitment (the business that would eventually become Aspion) and moved into an office in their home town of Chester. They couldn't have known then how the business would evolve, but they possessed the determination necessary to see their team develop, succeed and grow.
SWITCHING THE FOCUS
Due to changing markets within the UK, Axis Recruitment shifted the focus of the business in 2010 from financial appointments to Sales and Marketing recruitment. This change ignited a spark of passion within the team and opened up the potential for the Chester office team to grow exponentially.
OUR EXPANSION BEGINS
Flourishing within the Sales and Marketing sphere, Axis Recruitment began to expand. Before long, our directors cut the ribbon on a brand-new Manchester office. This made more space for the team to expand - and expand we did - growing to fill the space in under a year with Sales, Marketing, FMCG and Manufacturing specialist consultants. It soon became apparent that we would need more space - and so we made the decision to open another office...
UNSTOPPABLE GROWTH
Before long, Axis Recruitment covered the entirety of the North West and had expanded to cover other regional areas of the UK (such as London, Leeds and Birmingham). In 2014, we had the pleasure of opening a new company Headquarters in the center of Liverpool to act as a hub for our consultants and a home for the business. It was here that we decided to take a look at the brand - how it had evolved so far and how it would continue to change.
OUR MODERN EVOLUTION
Having existed for 14 years under the Axis Umbrella, we felt it was time for a change. We had evolved so much since our inception, that it was necessary to update the name and look of the business to match how much we had grown internally. After a discussion on the topic of our values, our goals and the mission statement of the team, we decided to become Aspion - a winning combination of your Aspirations and our recruitment Solutions.
